Welcome to Mel Wilson Photography (formerly Babies Bumps andBeyond Photography), I am a Newborn photographer based in Braintree Essex. I am within easy reach of Chelmsford, Great Dunmow, Colchester, Bishops Stortford & Stansted.

I started my photography business after having my own children. It was only then I realised the importance of having photos of my family and keeping the memories of the little things as they grow and change so fast...

I specialise in all things baby, maternity, newborn, baby and cake smash photos. You will receive beautifully hand edited timeless images that will take pride of place in your home for everyone to see.

I have the best job in the world, I can't help but smile when I walk into my studio at the end of my garden. It fills me with pride and it maybe small but it is all mine and perfect for my sessions. Filled with stunning high-quality props, beautiful headbands and little hats.
