About the Business
The main photographer, Ian Birdsey, first picked up a camera at the age of 10 it was from this that his love of photography grew. From that first Kodak Instamatic camera to his first SLR camera took a few years but he got there. With his first SLR camera things really developed and he attended many courses and night school not just on taking photos but also on developing them. Not content with Black & White, Ian went on to develop all his own colour photos in the loft of his parents house. Coming back after a wedding and developing the proof prints and getting them back to the reception was a regular occurance. Ian then took many different paths during that time and eventually came back full circle and he is now back "in the saddle" taking his love of photography still further. The digital age has bought in many changes not least having no darkroom to worry about. We are based in Dawlish, South Devon and will travel as required for any client requirement.
