Well about me: Steve Wholey:

I'm a Photographer in Chesterfield, Derbyshire and the founder of 2Look Photography, we have a small Photography Studio near Chesterfield town centre.

We are a portrait studio who focus on portrait, newborn photography, senior portrait photography and family photo's. We also cover events throughout the UK for MX, quad bikes and horse events. We also undertake commercial work for local businesses around Chesterfield.

Married to Vicky (my rock) and dad to 4 amazing children, Joshua, Thomas, Elizabeth and Oliver . I'm a dreamer, creator and a great story teller with my photographs. Have a passion for finding the beauty in others and helping them see that beauty. Our goal is to make you feel empowered, gorgeous, confident, and be proud of your photographs.

2Look Chesterfield Photography Studios services the UK and abroad if required. Our event and corporate photographers will travel to your event, whether it is in Derbyshire, around the UK at a big Convention or your company office. 2Look Photography Studios is the preferred event photographer for many local events and small companies and appeared in the national press for MX events. We offer a wide variety of event photography services with trained, professional photography staff and the ability to insure that photographing your next event goes better than planned.

Newborn & Baby

Things to do and bring:

Book your shoot around your baby's feeding and nap times, work with the natural rhythm of your baby. The perfect time to do a newborn photography shoot is right when the baby would be laying down for a nap. If your baby normally falls asleep after a feeding, wait to feed the until you are at the 2look studio.

Newborn and baby photographers allot plenty of time for this sort of photoshoot to set up the best situation for great newborn and baby photos. Nothing is the best wardrobe for newborn photography-no outfits fit a newborn well, and they often look swallowed in clothes. Accessories are good though-little hats, dainty headbands.

If your baby takes a pacifier, bring it-if they're bottle fed, bring an extra bottle to help put the baby to sleep.

Portraits

Portrait photography is a personal moment that captures who we are, how you look to yourself and also to people around you. They normally capture the real you, but can also be the start of the new you, showing your new confidence.

The main type of portrait photography sessions we do are normally studio based, at our Chesterfield photography studio. We cover Portrait photography, Newborn photography, Baby Photography, Children Photography and Family Photography. We can offer various backgrounds and lighting setups depending on the mood you want to capture in your photoshoot. We also give you the option of finish to your photographs with a choice of black and white photo's or colour, again depending on the mood you want the photographs to reflect.
